I believe you don't need to shrink to heal. My approach is depth-oriented, relational, and trauma-aware—with space for your body, your spirit, your full story. I work with where you are, first and foremost. Together we will set the pace and goals that feel right for you.

Uncover old stories, patterns, or habits will help expose the more difficult parts of your life experience that are demanding to be heard, helping you to discover ways to grow happily or healthily into your future. I will help you reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve had to silence or hide, and unlearn survival patterns that no longer serve you

Warm, curious, and down-to-earth, infusing humor when it's needed. I know first-hand what it's like to be " too sensitive," feel outside of any one community, or like you don't belong. This comes across in my work with you: I can help you hold the messy, difficult parts.

I work with deep feelers, cultural shape-shifters, and adult children of emotionally immature caregivers—people who’ve had to grow up too fast or carry burdens that were never theirs. I specialize in working with reparenting and narcissistic trauma, multicultural identity and belonging, and anxiety and panic.

I feel passionately about working with people who feel isolated or different, or that they’re either too much or not enough for the world around them. I also became a therapist for those who had to make sure everyone else was ok before checking in with themselves; their sensitivity was seen as weakness; or parts of their identity were never fully accepted.

I understand the stigma that can come with seeking therapy in some communities or families. However, I believe in the transformative and supportive relationship we can build together — and I believe that healing is our right. I offer different approaches, some that are outside of the box, including astrology, tarot and dreamwork.
